So earth day was Friday April 22. Personally I made earth day cookies (green and blue iced sugar cookies) for my office! They are always a hit and reminds my coworkers of the important day- that they would otherwise ignore. I also started cardboard recycle, since i just got them to recycle plastic (Yes I do work in the environmental field and no they weren't doing that before I came). I also did some gardening which I always think is a great way to beautify your part of the earth (as long as you aren't planting invasive species).
Lets try to not let these acts of awareness be limited to one day!
